Cold Rock Ice Creamery Warragul — Restaurant in Victoria

I usually pop by when I'm in the area. Went again yesterday requested to have two kiddie cups, one with no mix ins and one with Nutella. David who was working tells me he will charge be double then decides to ask me, which I said that's ok (assuming it was for mix ins) but he charged me extra for a mix in extra AND another kiddie cup. Ended up paying for three cups instead of the 2 that I asked for. This guys absolutely hopeless, he got Nutella out from an old jar of Nutella was dry (can taste it), then opened another jar and the scoop he used he didn't clean the Nutella off properly into the ice cream then throws it in the bin with a lot of Nutella still on it. Such a disappointing experience, the guy doesn't belong there. He can't do basic scoop and mix. The young men that I usually get are fantastic. I hope he's not the owner, ill walk right out if I see him working. I called yesterday when I noticed the incorrect pricing on my receipt but no one answered. Please check your cameras at 2:52pm...

We went there only two days ago and the man who served us said that his main fridge was broken and got milk from the back of the premises & The shake tasted weird, but because I was thirsty and it was a hot day, Huge mistake, We all got the worst Case of food poisoning ever, Upset stomach & The Worst Runs we have ever had in our Lives , Get Your Equipment fixed please, we won’t be back...

Very happy with my experience tonight! Manager or staff member who answered the phone and was working Tuesday night helped me navigate Menulog and gave me my desired flavour (green apple) even when the flavour wasn’t on the app. She read my Menulog instructions carefully and made sure I was satisfied even tho she was busy tonight.
