McDonald's Cobram — Restaurant in Victoria

Would give it all a 0 if I could! Went in to grab a few coffee’s and was going to use the bathroom, once I had entered the bathroom I very quickly walked back out and changed my mind because of the disgusting state of them. The whole place was filthy and looked dirty so I didn’t wait inside to order and left to go through drive through. Waited at the drive through box for quite some time with no one speaking and it making a very loud screeching noise, assumed it must have been broken so went to the first window to be greeted by a girl waving her arms around that I had not ordered. Told her that I thought the box was broken as no one had said anything, she shoved her head out the window and rudely said yeah cause I was serving that car and that car. I said back to her well you might want to get someone to fix the squealing noise it’s making then. The girl muttered whatever she did, gave attitude, rolled her eyes and started pressing on her computer screen hard asking what I wanted. I asked for a small oat latte, when asked if that was all I said and another small latte with regular milk, she responded I have that one to which I said no I want 2, an oat and regular milk. She turned back to her computer and started muttering again to which I heard her call me ignorant in amongst it, I then said your extremely rude and she started going off and saying she wasn’t serving me, I could leave the premises and closed the window! What is wrong with people? How...

17/03/2024 9:20am. I was handed someone else's order at the second drive thru window. I didn't know this as I did not open the bag and was told to park to wait for my drink. The manager approached me with food and mumbled something. I took the bag thinking they'd forgotten part of my order or something. She had my drink on her hand. I said I think that's my drink. She said "I just asked you if you had your drink and you said yes". I explained I couldn't hear her because I had my music on. She walked away with my drink. She then came out and accused me of taking the incorrect order from her. She then stated due to me taking the wrong order, I was now holding up the entire drive thru line then asked me how she was supposed to help me if I took the wrong order. She then walked off angry. She then came out with the correct order and demanded the bags she and her staff had HANDED ME, back before giving me my order. As I waited, they were getting everyone else's orders wrong also. So it was THEIR mistake. Not mine. I took what I was GIVEN.

Absolutely appalling manager! My family and I are fortnightly customers as a treat. I will NEVER set foot in this store again. I left the drive thru shaking and crying. She humiliated me. She is a bully. She needs...

Very un inprested I don't go to Mcdonalds often ,try and treat my ill wife to takeaway or fast food as it's supposed to be only to get told they only have frozen coke no other machines are working so no other flavors ( not everyone drinks coke ) and this happens more than once in a blue moon so work on your management skills and get your maintenance in order, secondly order 1 big mac meal lge, 1 fillet of fish meal and 1 fillet of fish burger by it self simple enough right ( funny ) get told to go to park ( which happens all to often) ( where is the fast food ) then get handed a bag to get told this is yours only to find out after a 8km drive home that it was not what was ordered ring up to complain only to be told that he can't drive out my correct order as they don't do that my next question is why do they advertise on there web site delivery not a very good experience doubt I will try again.You only get 1 star because it won't let me post without putting 1 it...
