Well Really ! Very Snarky Staff there today, I asked for a Mug of my chosen hot drink, to have it come out in a tall glass, 🙄 when I said something to the younger lass and was then told that's how some customers like it, all I said well I can't hold it and so she walked away and came back with a cardboard ring for the glass, then I just said no, I really can't hold it due to arthritis I'd like it in a mug with a handle please which is what I asked for, Said Lass then took it away and came back with it in a mug, did not put it back onto the saucer, but put it straight down onto the table with a brisk quite loud tap, to make her point, was very surprised it didn't spill, headed back to the counter to be then glared at by the said two...

Waited 20 minutes for food. And over 1/2 hour for our drinks

Ordered scones and they come out with a squeeze tomato sauce and cream. When asked for jam instead the man working seemed confused
