I came here last week, I observed that the owner has some mental issues, this is'nt the first time I visited, I stay near by to this restaurant, its just walkable distance, when ever my mom asks me to bring food, most of the times for takeaway, The owner whos called boss, she always yells on staff she has twins may be her kids, but not the other one, that day the restaurant was busy with dine inn and some takeaways, the owner was yelling and this happens often when ever she is stressed. She always Screams from kitchen I'm still baffled as to why does Franchise not taking action. She has a very poor customer handling skills, and Very poor food quality, she always makes customers and other delivery drivers wait for long time she does not offer them a chair to sit or to be sorry for delay, even the old people had to stand which is ridiculous. she is not aware of other customers watching her actions, She yells and screams on phone orders I am pissed with this restaurants environment. Not recommended for family dine-inn or takeaways. I'm giving 3 star for the service cause I feel bad for the staff its not...

Had lunch here and we had:

sweet and sour chicken beef with vegetables honey chicken fried rice prawn crackers Two cans of soft drink

It came to a total of $90 but we were able to take it home and get dinner for two people plus lunch for one the next day from the leftovers.

The service was fast and friendly. The atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and it was quiet. Only one other table had two people sitting down to eat but there were numerous takeaway orders done while we were there.

We enjoyed our meal and the food was hot, fresh and quite nice. The only two notes that we really had about our food was:

The prawn crackers could have been cooked a bit better In the sweet and sour chicken the onion is raw. You can't even call it undercooked because it was a pure crunch when you bite into it and the absolute taste of raw onion. I didn't mind this so much once I knew it was like that but my Mum avoided the onion completely once discovered.

Neither of these two things would stop me going back at all. If your in the Ballarat area and want Chinese it is a...

I used to love getting food from Noble Dragon alas it was many years ago and boy they must have changed management! We were served prawn crackers in a white plastic measuring bowl. So weird. Our meals were on different shaped and coloured melamine plates! Like we were kids. Luckily I didn’t get the dark mustard coloured plate. 😳Spring roll was soggy and hardly had any pork in it. Dim sim was hard and had little meat in it either. The vegetables were not fresh and my cauliflower had dark spots on it from being old. I was quite shocked by that I must say. Fried rice bland and boring. My meal wasn’t very hot, like it was cooked first and was waiting around for awhile to be served. Woman serving was cold and the decor was like an old unused function room. Well I couldn’t get out of there quickly enough and it was expensive. Hopefully nobody gets sick from eating here. Maybe eat somewhere else if you are after fresh, tasty food, at an...

Got some takeaway from here, first time trying their food. Service was fast and friendly. Very fast to have my order ready. Got home to eat, I was hungry and couldn't wait to try it. I'd ordered chicken and cashews, and the special fried rice. Chicken and cashews was lovely. Lots of sauce, plenty of soft and tender chicken pieces, a good mix and variety of vegetables. Lots of cashews. The special fried rice was not particularly nice tasting. I decided to mix in the leftover sauce from my chicken dish to make it taste better. While I was moving the rice, I found a piece of plastic and what looked like a piece of burned wood in my rice. Without the additional items in my rice, I'd probably have given 4 stars. But finding extras in your food is extremely disgusting and off putting. Won't be returning here in a hurry.

We stopped in for lunch. Opted for the take away special but went with the eat in option. It was nice, I had the satay chicken with fried rice. We were the only ones in the restaurant and it did feel a little that we were an imposition, we were there right on 12. It was cold in the restaurant, but the staff put the heater on and it warmed up after about 15 minutes. If you take away the lunch special it is $13.80 but eat in was $17.80. The serve was generous without being too much and the fried rice was yummy. The bathrooms are down a long corridor where furniture is stored. The bathrooms themselves could do with a bit of clean but they serve the purpose. The staff were cutting broccoli in the restaurant. I have no qualms about the freshness.
