First time ordering from this store. I ordered a simple footlong seafood sensation with lettuce and thousand island dressing and 2 cookies. Simple order, right?
I ordered it via Doordash and although the delivery went well, when I got my order, I discovered they'd given me a 6 inch instead of a footlong. I rang the store in the hopes that they'd somehow help me out or at least explain why the mistake was made.
Instead, the lady I spoke to was unfriendly, unhelpful and suggested either getting a refund from Doordash or they could remake it and I could come pick it up. She was very unapologetic and although she said sorry, the tone of voice was with the attitude of 'I don't care'.
How on earth someone can get such a simple order wrong and then be arrogant and careless about it, is beyond me. Needless to say, I won't be ordering from this...

Staff here obviously couldn't care less about their jobs, the store, or customer service. Unfortunately they seem to move between this store and the one on Gillies St (next to 7/11 servo), which leaves locals without a decent Subway store for many KMs. The owner of this (and Gilles St) stores obviously has absolutely NO fcks to give and wants to provide the BARE minimum in service for whatever return they can scrape out of the business. One of the worst examples of retail hospitality I've ever experienced. So bad that (as I have) I encourage anyone with a similar experience to report their concerns to Subway head office. As a franchise, the parent company needs to know otherwise nothing...

Of course every business thinks about labour cost but that looked bad. So many people in line yet one poor girl trying to serve them all as fast as she can. The girl herself did a magnificent work and was very fast and good mannered. There were just too many people. Spent 30-45 min in there and people just kept walking in so the line never grew shorter. Our sandwiches were tasty and service great.It s not easy being in your own, serving non stopping customer flow and still smile to the customers. So, great job, blonde girl! Staff like this is worth to keep and take care of. So the management should do a bit better with planning the business and caring about...
