Crust Pizza Ballarat — Restaurant in Victoria

Most options on the menu are pretty good and they have a range of quite unique options when it comes to toppings and I have never had issues with the quality of the food. The only small issues I have with Crust Ballarat are the sizing. As there are only two sizes available for takeaway being Large and Extra Large. Additionally their price point is fair for the product especially considering other pizza shops in the area like The Forge which well overcharge for their product. Overall if you are looking for a decent sized lunch I would safely recommend them, however I have never ordered during the Dinner rush so I am not sure how their service holds up under pressure, however I have faith...

Had a bad experience here. The fact that the staff keep talking inside with a sign on the main door “wait outside and friendly staff will be with you once your order is ready (something similar to this)”, yet they don’t notice that the customer is waiting outside for the order. They kept my Pizza aside for 5 mins even when I was at the main entrance. Later one of the staff saw me waiting and came out and gave me the Pizza. It was cold by the time I reach home with very less toppings. I paid $23 for a pizza like this? Never going back here again...EVER!!! Expensive and just don’t know the toppings should be more. I phoned Crust Ballarat this evening at 7.40pm to order a pizza delivery. I was informed that the dollar value of $20 for pizza/$10 delivery was insufficient. The young lady then asked the manager if $20 could be done & I was told that minimum is $25/$10. I rung another Crust franchise & was told that it's $20 minimum/$10 by phone...(the person at the other store owns 2 franchises)...I'm a disabled pensioner & will not ever be doing business with Crust Ballarat & will tell family & friends to do the same....in a time when other pizza establishments in Ballarat are stuggling(&closing), I can't believe this...
