Very disappointing, I'm local and instead of listening to other locals that told me that this bakehouse USED to be good food wise, I seen burnt looking pies and sausage rolls, the service was not good, they shut at 4 I was there at 3.30 i got an egg bacon foccacia and ham cheese croissant and they told me no to begin with because the toaster was turned off! 😑 half an hour left to close and they couldn't flick a power switch on for the customers they are still open for.. very disappointing. I recently visited Danny bake house and was truly impressed by the quality of their food and atmosphere. Their Pia, foot of goat, and cake were absolutely delicious! The Pia had a perfect balance of sweetness and texture, while the foot of goat was rich, tender, and full of flavor. To top it off, the cake was moist, decadent, and the perfect treat to end the meal.
