Very rude ,unprofessional and uncooperative management, customer service is very disappointing.Yes we initially booked for 15 including 3 kids but than the kids didn't came so we booked for 12 adults. No one send us the banquet manu until the 2nd last day until I CONTACTED to you guys. Wrong information given about the manu because of our dietary requirements Some of the food we can't have the food on the banquet over the phone they said we can change it but on the day they said we have to pay $2 per person and every has to pay doesn't matter they change it or not. Chunanya the manager was really rude.and for your kind information we only asked for 2 additional chairs not 5 or 6. Really disappointing we will never recommend to anyone. And on the day of the booking 3 different people rang me and they had no idea what they were talking about. May be if you guys work out on your attitude probably it will help. Instead of helping your customer you asked us to go and find something else. The entire experience...

I’ve had two horrible Thai food experiences in my life and sadly this was one of them, the 1 Star is for the roti, everything else was horrible and considering I paid $80!! I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to sunbury for a pick up there for the exact same order at $55. We ordered a green chicken curry, which was 60% oil so I can’t say what the sauce was like as it was so horrible you couldn’t get to it through the oil, a beef massamam which honestly could have been anything there was no flavour to define it as a Thai sauce and a pad sea ew dish that was inedible. The coconut rice was tasteless also, We recently moved to the area and very disappointed the hope of still being able to have this treat of beautiful Thai food...

Fabulous Thai restaurant in Riddells creek. We celebrated fathers day/birthday here tonight and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Our group of 15 were extremely satisfied with everything tonight. We made a mistake on our booking(3 short )and the staff who were so friendly and helpful accommodated us by adding an extra table on such a busy night. Everybody enjoyed their meals immensely. All dishes were delicious from entrees to soups to mains. The only thing better than the food was the staff. A wonderful night can't wait to go back. Thank you to all the staff...
