I spent $30 at Subway today, and it was absolutely not worth it. Only one staff member was working, and she didn’t even have a name badge. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, with no sense of customer service.
The sandwich I received was poorly made—it was burned, hard, and very difficult to eat. For the amount I paid, I expected quality food and respectful service, but instead I got the complete opposite.
The staff member clearly does not know how to treat customers or prepare food properly. She should learn how to communicate respectfully and be professional when dealing with people.

The food was fine, this is a review of the customer service experience I just encountered. The female staff member who was working at around 4pm on Monday the 20th July didn't even acknowledge me as I came in. All I got as I walked up to the counter was, "What do you want?" the whole process seemed as though it was a burden for her to have to serve customers. Read moreMy mother and younger sibling went in to order our dinner. Their original server was overly unhappy and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. Cut two subs haphazardly and basically ripped open the third, leaving two hard to eat. My sub, personally, was all over the place. The second server had to step in and sort it out, and the first one stormed out, clearly in a bad mood.
