⭐️⭐️ 2 Star - Oporto: The Youthful Experiment Gone Wrong 🍗👎
I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Oporto in Vincentia, and let me tell you, it felt like I stumbled into a middle school cafeteria rather than a restaurant! 🏫🍔
From the moment I walked in, I could see that this place was run by what seemed like a group of 12-year-olds. Their lack of professionalism and maturity was evident as they giggled and chatted amongst themselves, completely oblivious to the customers waiting to be served. 🙄🗣️
When I finally managed to place my order, it was like the 12-year-olds were playing a game of "guess what's missing" with my meal. My burger arrived without half of the toppings I requested, and the chicken was dryer than the Sahara desert. It seems the art of proper customer service and cooking hasn't made its way to this Oporto outpost. 🍔🏜️
I tried to communicate my concerns with the staff, but it was like talking to a brick wall - their attention was elsewhere, probably daydreaming about their next recess break. 🧱🤦♂️
As for the overall taste of the food, well, let's just say it was about as satisfying as eating cafeteria mystery meat. The flavors were lackluster, and the sauces seemed to be haphazardly slapped on without any consideration for taste or presentation. 🤷♀️🍗
All in all, Oporto in Vincentia is a prime example of what happens when you put 12-year-olds in charge of a restaurant. I left feeling disappointed and hungry for a proper meal prepared by competent and experienced hands. If you're looking for a dining experience that's more mature than a playground game, steer clear of this place! 👩🏫🥙
Warning: Side effects may include eye-rolling, reminiscing about well-run restaurants, and a desire to start a "Bring in the Grown-Ups" campaign. Oporto, it's time to grow up and serve some...
Read moreI really had a very bad experience with the store staff and online feedback system. Food was great as usual and no complaints on food. I had ordered the food and the steering area was cold, so want to sit outside and all the chairs are been locked by gathering all together. So I have asked the store manager Santosh- that can I take the chairs from the store to sit outside and I will return - he said yes and we took the chairs outside. Meanwhile another manager Mahesh came to us and yelled very badely that we are not supposed to open the door to go out from the store and sit in open area. How do we know that we are not supposed to open the door?? Their was no sign board DO NOT OPEN or anything. And while returning back the chairs to the store they were cleaning, so I was waiting for the staff member- so it was been picked by a young staff member -- he just snatched it from me.. I think he hate his life... Very disappointed... And finally I reported this to Oporto online with the same thing happened to me, after few days I got a email saying that this complaint has been resolved. How can something get resolved without contacting the person who raised the complaint.. disappointed..Santosh- was much better in responding to the issue happend and Mr.Mahesh was hiding inside and...
Read moreMy husband had gotten us take away from here tonight as we have been busy today and knew we wouldn't be able to cook anything or do any shopping for groceries. When my husband got home he realised our sons meal was missing. But it was too late to go back and let the staff know. We tried calling but no answer. Unfortunately that was the only thing our child was going to eat and like I said, we didn't have time to do groceries so we didn't have a back up option for him either as far as dinner goes. We should have checked the bag but we also shouldn't have to as it should have been checked before it was given to my husband. He had his hands full and the last thing you want to do is mess around with pulling all your hot food out to make sure it's all there, in the middle of the shopping centre. I understand it's probably a busy night and sometimes there are staffing issues. But our child missed out on...
