The toilets were absolutely disgusting - they actually made my stomach turn. I don't think they have been cleaned properly in 6-12 months. The toilet bowl itself had had some sort of a poke with a toilet brush at some stage, but the seat, the outside of the toilet bowl, the basin, the floor, and even the room itself was beyond disgusting. I've been to some pretty dismal truckstop loos in my time and this was as bad as I have seen. Putrid would be the word I would use. Putrid. Pity because the coffee was ok. If I could have given the toilets a ZERO star, I would have. I've made a complaint to the Gloria Jeans franchise head office. I was travelling through Wagga Wagga today and stopped in at this cafe. I ordered food for my family and continued on my journey.

I got about 25 minutes from town when I realised that my order had relish all over and tasted disgusting. I did not order relish and this was not stated on the menu.

I called the cafe as I was pretty disappointed and the food was quite expensive. The store owner told was rude to me and said that I should have looked at the online menu to know the ingredients.

They told me the only way to get my money back was in person, which would have added an hour and a half onto my trip.

No apology was offered and it was a very poor display of customer service.

Showed up at 350 for a Mocha coffee. One of the staff was unhappy for me to sit down at 350 as they are closing at 4. They said they are closing at 4. They almost succeeded to make me feel unwelcome. They asked if I will leave at 4 and I said yes. It took 6 minutes to get the coffee. Coffee was one of the nicest Mocha in town for 8.20. The counter staff followed up in a nice manner about the quality of the coffee which was nice. I finished the coffee in 4 minutes and was seen off by the nice staff( whod made the coffee).
