Oliver Brown — Restaurant in Wagga Wagga City Council

We've frequented Oliver Brown a few times now and have been coming here since their opening in Wagga. The menu selection is good across the food and drinks options, however the presentation and consistency is lacking. Cutlery and their containers have dried food on them/in them. We've often found things aren't cooked well or completely, for instance the the churros are often under cooked and doughy in the centre, bread (like the Mango bread) is barely toasted and comes with almost frozen butter portions making it impossible to spread, waffles that are warm and not hot etc.

The drinks we have had have almost always been good, well prepared and presented well.

The service is always good with the staff being friendly and appreciative.

We will likely still dine here, however it is disappointing that the food often lacks consistency or quality when it could be...

I had a Sundae here and honestly I think Macca's could do a better job at least you know what you're getting. Don't be fooled by he glass it's mostly empty. The icecream JUST sits on the top. The cookies and cream scoop was mostly ice chunks which was unpleasant to say the least and even picking the majority out (they were large enough to identify) didn't help the experience of a cheap icecream that had melted multiples and lost its texture. There was a little bit of vanilla icecream under it which was on par with Maccas. The best part was the chocolate swirl in the frozen glass. Then there was the tea, somehow a Green tea became an English breakfast.....Disappointing for the cost and...

Everyone has a coffee favorite and this is mine. The chocolates, coffees, shakes, sundaes, breakfast menu, bakery items...everything is always fresh. The atmosphere, music, service...everything is top notch always. Priyanka Bathula and Rakesh are the soul of the place. Priyanka has amazing customer service, table manners , counter management, takes feedback and her love of her work shows in everything. She will go places. My vote for my ultimate go to favorite Dark ice choclate Sweet potato chip Veggie breaky roll The place is open till late as well.
