Schnitz Wagga Wagga — Restaurant in Wagga Wagga City Council

My experience at schnitz Wagga was very disappointing! My family and I were eating lunch we had to wait about 30/35 minutes on our food cause there was only one worker & we did have quite a big order that was fine that wasn’t the problem.

Once the workers had arrived the was a young lady who walked in the main door a schnitz in her work uniform who walked past our family & stared us down she then proceeded to walk around our family while eating & giving foul looks to all of us including our kids one of them was a 9 month old in a high chair ! The problem then started when her and her co worker were standing where we could visibly see them looking at our family pointing at us & talking , when one of our family members had approached them & asked if there was a problem as we all felt very uncomfortable she said “ we were just talking about the mess we will have to sweep when you guys leave “ & pointed straight at my 9 month old nephew in his high chair , once she had said that we all felt extremely uncomfortable & paid our stuff cleaned the mess & then left. The food was average way overpriced for quality we were also sitting in there in 38 degree heat with no air con.

Also to add when we walked into the restaurant there was a messy table that needed cleaning that was there when we left we were here for about an hour and a half.

Been to Schnitz elsewhere and absolutely loved it and was excited to see it come to Wagga, however going there yesterday I was very disappointed and won't be going back , very very long wait like almost an hour, after such a long wait the burgers came out without the chips or dipping sauce we ordered and paid for, so the waitress took our burgers away and returned with chips put on the plates,. Burgers were stone cold, it was quite disgusting the whole thing but we ate it as it is expensive and since I sat there so long waiting for it. Just had eaten the burger and a couple chips I'm still eating my meal and my partner stands up to tend to our baby and the waitress quickly and rudely grabbed the plate still full of chips didn't ask if we were finished or not just took it. What was the rush to take the plate when we had to wait an hour for the food. Very long wait, food poor and poor customer service wouldnt be returning to schintz...

Worst schnitzels I have EVER HAD. They were soggy as and gross. Also we ordered 2 traditional scnitz’s through menu log and they gave us spicy ones I rang them asking them to take the ones back they gave us and give us the ones we ordered please. They actually told us it’s not there problem and they can’t do nothing I have to call Menulog lol but as they don’t have a Wagga number I had to email them and it will take 3-5 days for a response. Honestly I won’t ever ever EVER order,eat food from here or ever again or step foot in this disgrace of a shop ever again and what’s worse my partner or kids absolutely hate spicy food and we waited an hour for the wrong shit a piece of toast and butter would of tasted 100x better. I definitely won’t ever be coming back or ever recommending this garbage...
