Gelatissimo Wagga Wagga — Restaurant in Wagga Wagga City Council

So we are regular customers and have ordered at least 5 or 6 Birthday and occasion cakes in the last couple of years. Our daughter ordered my birthday cake last week...phoned the day before to let them know what time she would be there...arrived last night and no cake had been made...I called the store today to tell them how disappointing it was not to get the cake my daughter had organized for me. I was told that there had been a miscommunication with staff and that they would make sure it didn't happen again. Most businesses would offer some sort of voucher as an apology but nothing was offered...pretty poor...

This chain is always a taste treat and this store is no exception. The staff were friendly, polite, energetic, and really quite quick, considering the queue.

We tried a few different flavours, some at the recommendation of the lovely staff member who served us and selected a few choices to have.

The passion fruit and mango gelatos were both loaded with lots of great flavour and the sugar-free chocolate was wonderfully bitter (as rich dark chocolate should be).

Very enjoyable, even in a night with temps close to zero degrees.

We'll visit again when out travels get us back to Wagga...

Icecream was delish, but not the best I've had by far. BUT; I definitely got ripped off by the server. I ordered a 2 scope cup, one scope of premium (50c) extra (which isn't a thing at places like Ben and Jerry's). My cup on the premium side was empty under the top bit and filled to bottom of the cup of both scopes. I didn't say anything, sitting down to eat, to witness kids getting overflowing cups.
