Wes's Walkabout Cafe — Restaurant in Wagga Wagga City Council

Arrived in Wagga after 1pm and using Google we found Wes's which had lots kerb parallel parking which suited our motor home. Orders were quickly taken and unfortunately the server failed to ensure our orders of fresh sandwiches were delivered. Both our bread roll s arrived hot and tasty and I decided to eat mine, whereas my partner raised the problem and hers was quickly replaced with the fresh version she ordered. We appreciated Wes's response to her concern which was quick and heartfelt. Easy parking. Located next to the hospital. It's on the corner of a large intersection.

There are qr codes for ordering. The staff was really nice. Coffee was good.

My Caesar salad was dreadful. I don't mean to be rude but the salad was freezing cold including the chicken and bacon. There was almost no dressing and the portion was super small despite being $18.

My friend had a toastie which was nice but very average.

Lovely little cafe in Wagga Wagga, made several stops here for lunch. Sandwiches are freshly made every time, and they get fresh bread each day so it’s always soft and delicious.
