McDonald's — Restaurant in Warnbro

Two nights in a row on the way back from RPH late at night & needing something to eat I've stopped at maccas wanting a quarter pounder with big mac sauce...no pickles, no tomato sauce, no mustard....just big mac sauce. Apparently that's very difficult to provide.

Night one I got a quarter pounder with 11 pickles, bacon, tomato sauce, mustard & NO BIG MAC SAUCE.

Tonight I got a quarter pounder with the pickles removed & the tomato sauce & mustard 'scraped off' the bun....tomato sauce had soaked in already so was still there....and NO BIG MAC SAUCE.

Upon calling to complain I was told I must have been given the wrong burger, then when that was refuted, the person on the phone said that shouldn't happen & they would take my feedback & could offer me another burger with notes to state it must be made correctly, for when I next visit. When I pointed out that this did not fix the fact that I now had a burger with scraped off sauce that I wasn't keen to eat, and therefore no dinner & asked how they were going to remedy that, I was met with silence & then a repetition of the same response I'd had.

I'm thoroughly tired of the poor service, lack of accountability & 'couldn't really give a toss' attitude given by teenagers more interested in anything but providing the service they are paid for.

Mcdonalds have a lot of work to do to meet basic service levels & get the only burger ordered right. How/why is it so...

I booked the party room 3 weeks in advanced for my grandsons birthday party for 3 December 2022 We got there and the party room had not been cleaned it was in a filthy state and definitely not ready to be used. A couple of workers came in to clean and I said just wipe down tables as there's no time we have guests coming, the bin was being emptied and as the worker pulled it out a smell hit us that was disgusting when we turned to look to our horror there were live maggots all through the bin and surrounds of the bin itself. Maggots dropped from the bin and bag all over the floor so the workers went to mop the floor and mop the floor and did nothing but spread wriggling maggots all over the floor, we could no way have our children's party in there. I brought this to the attention of the managers on duty for the day and was met with just a apology. The other manager that was on had no sympathy or empathy of how truly embarrassed we felt inviting other children to the party and having to apologise to our guests. I asked why the room had not been cleaned in time for our party and do they clean after every use in wich the male manager said no it dosnt and he's not on every day. Absolutely pathetic excuse, disgusting store I will be calling the health department first thing...

I recently visited McDonald's with my 4-year-old son, expecting a quick and satisfying meal. Unfortunately, our experience turned out to be far from what we anticipated.

Despite understanding that the store can get busy, we found ourselves waiting for an excessive 30 minutes without any updates on our order. When we followed up, a male staff member assured us that our order was being prepared. However, after waiting an additional 15 minutes, I had to inquire again, only to hear the disappointing news that our order wasn’t even in the system.

All in all, we ended up waiting an entire hour. Finally, when our order was called, the female staff member handed it to us without so much as a glance to see if everything was complete. We were missing sauces, our drinks, and instead of the Coke we ordered, we received water. There weren't even any apologies for the long wait or the mistakes made with our order.

As a parent, it was frustrating to see my son—who was getting hungrier by the minute—left in disappointment. I was genuinely hoping for a better experience at McDonald's, especially given their reputation for quick service. Unfortunately, this visit was marred by poor customer service and...
