Domino's Pizza Warrnambool — Restaurant in Warrnambool

By far the best Dominoes Pizzas I've had. Did not stinge on toppings (if any thing they looked better then the pictures) and was made faster than the time they originally said. Friendly customer service aswell. Will be going back to this store again. Cheers Brad

Edit; As previously written lastnight was fantastic and originally gave 5 stars. However I've dropped it down to 3 and thats because lastnight was so good. Otherwise it would have been a 1 star If it was our first visit.

So were away on Holidays and I talked it up to my extended family who I convinced to order for dinner tonight. It lacked toppings to the point one pizza was ordered with 2 × extra cheese and added bacon and it had less then our normal toppings on the pizzas we had lastnight. Some pieces of our pizzas lacked cheese or toppings altogether. I am a bit disappointed because we ordered 5 pizzas and they were all below standard and I was the reason we got pizza tonight as I talked up how good it was lastnight. My extended family doesn't normally eat Domino's because of the inconsistency and they weren't happy...

Domino's pizza warrnambool is a disgrace! I went in there Tuesday night and ordered a regular thick shake. The way the staff conducted themselves was unprofessional and disrespectful. I witnessed one young girl with no apron or gloves standing in a food preparation area chewing her nails and scrolling on her phone. The staff members near by spoke of a great weekend they had getting drunk. This is not the kind of thing people should be discussing in a workplace.

After 15mins of waiting in the store I approached the counter where a staff member giggled to themselves then said "sorry for the wait" I asked how much longer will it take for my order? She then replied "oh the ice cream is frozen but it shouldn't be too much longer. " I then replied "well it just took another staff member 15 minutes to make a thick shake?" She then said without hesitation "well I'll just refund it then" and before I even said yes she had the money out of the cash register. Ordered at 7:38 under name David... Rang at 8:30 as now husband and food among the missing... Told no order there under his name so assumed picked up... I live around corner so 5 min later ring back to investigate further... Long story short husband still waiting as order was under the name Jonathon which my phone number was registered to in there system... They didn't use the name I ordered under. I asked for manager Jason and they hand me another staff member.... Not impressed 4 soggy steamed pizzas to feed 5 hungry kids at 8:45.... In store defence they offered to remake my order I had waited over an hour for it would only take another 15 mins.... Not good enough service why take a name and don't use it....
