Ordered 5 tenders, small chips and a energy drink from here on 12/08/2025,, waited basically my entire lunch break just to get what I ordered but others who ordered before and after me were severed their food earlier

Always VERY SLOW to get orders out. I ordered online this time in the hopes it would be ready in the 15 minutes it said it would. I arrived at that time and they hadn't even started my order. I waited another 20 minutes outside and in that time they took 4 more walk-in orders and handed over there food and my order still wasn't ready. After waiting for 35 minutes for an order I wasn't impressed. Asked for lemon twice on my order and didn't get any. Asked for chicken salt on everything and they only put it on the chips. I know this place is usually pretty good so I'm only going to review the female staff that were working on the afternoon of 5/2/20. 2 large chips were ordered with gravy with extra chicken salt. We got to our destination and there was no salt on them what so ever. A phone call was made to let them know cause they were completely tasteless and they offered a refund if we went back in which was fair enough. Now when we went back young female staff were there and did accuse us of lying and offered to hand over salt on it's own without a refund! Do not hire...
