We ordered on the 19/6/2020 around 7pm for $76.20. - Our order was over 1.5 hours later than Menulog said it would be. We called up to cancel and the restaurant said 10 mins. We waited another half an hour and gave up and called to cancel again. The owner convinced us to take the food and they would give a free delivery next time but pls don’t insist on a refund. Whilst we were on the phone the delivery driver turned up at 9.15. We agreed to take the food for a free delivery.

Just called up to order our free delivery tonight and was told they had no record. They refused to honour their promise. I said I wouldn’t call up and make up that this happened, I’m not lying, you can check and see you delivered on the 19th. They offered a discount of 10%. Not enough for a single dish. Won’t be ordering here again.

If they are late with your food and they offer you a free delivery make sure you get it in writing.

Customer for years and honestly only a few issues ever. Tonight was one of the worst customer experiences I’ve had and I will never buy again. Literally 3 while hours for delivery. Was told 1 hour. Called 3 times and subsequently told 15-20 minutes each time, including our delivery driver car was “broken” and then another person during another call said there was only 1 driver on all night. Food was actually cold on arrival (not even warm) and also missing some food that was pre-paid over phone. Called and they said could not refund missing food that I pre-paid and wasn’t given however happy to issue 20% off next order (which will never be ordered). Disgraceful...

We were unfortunately very disappointed with our experience here. Despite being the only table in the restaurant, service was inattentive – we had to go and find the waiter multiple times just to get basics like water and extra rice. When it came time to pay, the waiter refused to split the bill, which felt unnecessary given the restaurant was empty.

The biggest concern, however, was the food. Three of our group of four ordered the butter chicken, and all felt unwell afterwards. This raises serious questions about food quality and handling.

Overall, we expected much better. Between the poor service and concerns with the meal itself, we cannot recommend...
