Nestled in the heart of the Central Coast, this park is a vibrant and dynamic haven for both sports enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. This sprawling park, with its expansive netball court, plays a pivotal role in promoting women's netball in the region. The jewel in the crown of this park is undoubtedly the expansive netball courts. This facility provides an ideal setting for local women's netball leagues and tournaments. It's not just about competition, though; it's a community gathering point where friendships are forged and a love for the sport is nurtured. The park has become a hotbed for talent development, where aspiring female netball players hone their skills, ensuring a bright future for the sport in the region. For those seeking a more leisurely experience, the park offers a picturesque walking track that winds its way through lush greenery and native flora. If you prefer a bit more speed and intensity, the park boasts a large cycling and athletic track. Cyclists can zoom along dedicated lanes, while athletes can utilize the well-maintained running lanes and field areas. Cricket enthusiasts are not forgotten either. The park features a cricket ground that hosts local matches, bringing the community together during the cricket season. For dog owners, the vast open spaces within the park provide an ideal setting for dog walking and play. It's a joy to see both four-legged and two-legged friends enjoying the outdoors in harmony. Beyond being a netball hub, it serves as a testament to the region's commitment to promoting women's sports and fostering a sense of community. With its scenic walking track, cycling and athletic facilities, cricket ground, and dog-friendly open spaces, it's a place where people of all ages and interests can come together to enjoy the great outdoors. Whether you're a sports enthusiast or simply looking for a peaceful escape, this park has something to offer everyone.

Well maintianed, shaded observing area, toilets, racing lanes, surrounded by trees, newly build perimeter fence around Velodrome. Run here every Sunday morning, always busy. Great running spot. 2024-01-09 they've done some patching of the running footpath, less tripping hazards while running now. 2025-03-23 they've repaired some of the fence line along the river, but largely the same. Still great for running and sport. It's a made house during Netball tournaments, car park is full before 7am, but that's only an occasion Sat or Sun.

Try and get three / four times a week for my little girl for a walk unfortunately the roads to the entry of Garnet Adcock Memorial Park are in such disarray and are up for major refurbishing so people can once again park there

I have been going to Adcock Park since I was a kid so it has always been a place of memories and fun times. It is a great place for runners or cyclists as there is a velodrome there and I always see people riding inside. There are netball courts for the league that's played there on Saturdays during winter plus a couple of cricket betting cages. Parts of the path are along the river but you also have the mangrove walkway which is a nice hidden gem to walk through and it feels like you've left the world behind. Overall, its a great place to bring your kids for some activities or to exercise or even just walk your dog. It can get very busy on sport event...

Today, being Boxing Day I went to train down at the velodrome but we couldn’t drive in as the road was blocked off due to not allowing any more cars for Covid testing.

Pity about the general public wanting to use the grounds of Adcock Park for some outdoor exercise to burn off some Christmas cheer.

Very disappointing to say the least… and then having to park kilometres away to ride back to access the park.

Overall great park and nice people.

It would be appreciated if you could please pass this onto the Covid testing clinic at Adcock...
