I got. A coffee from this place after seeing some good reviews about the place but was disappointed. Got a coffee and a Mayo and cheese toastie. Coffee tasted like boiled milk. Bland and no taste of coffee at all. No topping on the coffee. Mayo and cheese toastie was no better. It was basically pieces of chickens stuffed in a bread. I love Hashtag coffee and won’t go anywhere else. The 2 staff members are so friendly and always have a smile on their faces. My only concern is they are literally there every single day. In fact I haven’t seen them have a day off EVER!! The other thing is the entire place needs an overhaul it’s starting to look old and run down. Quality taken a downturn. Ordered the ham and cheese toastie which was bland and had a burned after taste. Quite possibly the toaster needs to be thoroughly cleaned. Better quality cheese a cheddar would provide flavour. I politely asked for extra chocolate in the hot chocolate. Nothing worse than a hot chocolate with just a hint of chocolate.
