This was my favorite Acai place in Perth but I stopped going here. I was coming here regularly and always ordered the Notella bowl or ain’t nothing butter because I loved the base however I noticed when different people were working the acai base taste different…. My favorite is the Notella base and I orderd the ain’t nothing butter bowl and noticed it did not taste nothing like the notella base ( which had happened more then once) so I went up and asked the girl working there if she made a mistake and didn’t put the notella base and she said yes that’s the notella base as if I’d never had it before but it tastes nothing like the notella base it just tasted like regular base. Then I ordered a baby bro notella bowl after that for one of my family and it was the same thing, tasted like the regular base which it’s not supposed to and I don’t like. Mistakes can happen, but when it comes to dietary preferences or restrictions—especially ones that involve ethical or lifelong choices—attention to detail is absolutely crucial. I would strongly encourage the team to implement better checks on orders, especially when multiple versions of the same item exist (like veg...
