To the owner of this establishment , I feel for you. Unfortunately you clearly have no back up from your franchise head office as you have more bad reviews than good ones. The food my god was shocking , The price just about knocked me flat $60 for 2 subs with weird tasting coleslaw that smelt off, or curdled not really sure then only 4 little bits of pork belly. Sat there and watched the staff talking to each other laughing and taking as long as they could to make 4 milkshakes 30mins ???? Wow ! That’s what you get when you hire kids . More supervision required on that side. Came to counter and with half eaten food and was greeted with no hello what is wrong. But just straight out rudeness.
Owner saying that there is nothing wrong with it and you have already eaten half of it. I would say this doesn't happen once a day or a week but very often. Judging by the owners reaction to me . Your reviews are everything. You sell food make it amazing food not just expensive so so food.. I am sure you took pride once and due to your franchise heads letting you down, You have fallen over a bit. Pick yourself back up off the floor , put your emotions to the far left of you and say Hi Mam or Sir, We love customer feedback thanks for telling me . What is it you dont like about the food ? What did you like about the food? You got this !! Dont step down lower than you are stand up show them you are worthy of that store and you are more than able to make not just amazing food but the best food. Challenge yourself , Ask questions. Read moreI do like their roast beef, however on a lot of occasions, it has been disappointing because they weigh their meats, which they give very little of anyways, but the weighted meat is dried out edge meat that is in-edible and then as she weighs it, she takes back string size pieces of it and it’s the non dried out bits. I told her, since you’re taking it out, can you please take the pieces that are DRIED. She cut out a tiny bit of the dried bits. Then she took of the soft strings and chuck it back to the tray which will just be binned at the end of day, as it was 4pm when I bought it. They would rather chuck it in the bin than give it to their customers. But give the customers dried edge bits. If your shop is particular about weighing meat, then you need to give customers quality sliced even if it’s one slice we get. But at least it’s edible. We would...
