Great Wall Chinese BBQ — Restaurant in Western Australia

I probably wouldn’t have bothered coming to write a review if not for the fact that the service was so rude. The lady at the till didn’t speak a word to me when I said hello and spoke to her, not even to say how much the order was. She just punched in the price then pointed at the card machine. Not only was service terrible but the food was too. Worst honey chicken I’ve ever had, it falls apart, it’s soft and the quality of the chicken looks questionable. The satay chicken noodles were edible, but rather soggy and didn’t taste like satay at all. Don’t waste your money and time, it’s no wonder the reviews are shocking on here and I’m just glad we didn’t get food poisoning as others have. Can’t believe this place is still here when other great food outlets have closed in the cafeteria. How do you survive with such terrible service...

If I could give -5 stars I would.. I got the garlic chicken today started to eat it and realised it smelt rotten (I mean 12 week old rotten chicken left out in the heat) I almost vomited in the shopping centre. I went and complained and they showed me raw “fresh chicken” cut up in a huge white bucket which looks like there is enough to last 2-3 weeks easily. 20 minutes after that small amount I ate I was already vomiting in ocean keys car park before I got home. The noodles I ordered felt like slime, dropped some noodles on my tiled floor and my 4 year old son Benedict slipped on them, split his head open on the floor, and had to go to hospital and didn’t make it.
