[EDIT NOV 2023] ... Been a long time since last visit those store.
Still stand by 3 star rating.
Staff were happy/friendly - 100%. Meals were squashed in bag, and didn't look appetizing at all.
I do like CT over RR - even on rare visit, but certainly wouldnt go out my way to visit here.
[EDIT MAR 2022] ... Staff asked for proof of vaccination, even though i was only getting takeaway + i was standing there waiting for multiple orders to be prepared - can understand if sat down and dined in, but i was only standing + waiting (had ordered 2 lots of food).
At this point, staff member must have realised - they didn't have the covid sign-in sheet for ppl to manually check-in... As they quickly put it on the counter (OOPS!) - after asking me to show proof of vaccination.
I'm triple vacced (a requirement of my work) - but found it strange for store staff asking to see proof.
On the note of covid check-in, during time i was there yesterday, only myself + 1 other scanned the QR code ... 5 or so others completely ignored it.
[EDIT early 2021] ... Was great to see today, staff sweeping floor + keeping store tidy inbetween customers.
[EDIT 4 years ago] ... no issues. food as expected ... but then, no reason why they've gone above and beyond either .... for that i give a 3...
Read moreWe were up at Kalamunda, and felt like CT for tea. The nearest was HW. Well if you don't mind 1/2 filled containers this the store to go to. The hawiian 1/2 chkn was only 1/2 filled which could had been fill up with chips. The dinner with 1/4 chicken mash and gravy had the same problem where you could see the base of the foil in parts. At least our stores down south fill the containers knowing we will always come back. Next time we come up to Kalamunda, we will make sure we get our tea from the other stores ie HJ, Subway or Maccas located in that shopping block at High Wycombe. I have a photo of proof the amount of food supplied, but can't load them on this review. Thank god our stores down here are not that tight with their...
Read moreFor the second time this year I have been into this store to buy chicken only to be told that there was none to be had. It is a Chicken Treat Store; it's like going into Cole's and being told that there are no groceries. I went to a competitor, like I should have done in the first place and got something to eat. It is a shame because the Team at the High Wycombe outlet fully understand the concepts behind providing excellence in customer service and the product has always been cooked to perfection. The next time I want chicken I will just drive on to the...
