Have been going here for years no issue girls here make great coffee ans lovely service But this morning after waiting in line with all the other cars a couple walked straight up to the windows and got served right away while I continued to wait ....and no they were not uber and had not ordered.... it was a case of " what can I get for you today " ..No um not sure about manners but if that had Been me I would have said oh no the lady in the car was waiting before us serve her first ....and as far as customer service goes I would have served the person who had been waiting the longest....brought it up with the owner who said I'm not going to get into you with it we have to serve the windows too...I drove away without waiting a further 5 min for a coffee.... so long loyal customer I'll wait somewhere else for my coffee if you are not able to provide fair customer service ...to all the lovely girls who have served me coffee with a smile and great customer service all these...

I really really want to give a even zero start if I can. I went this morning at 11am for my coffee and it was my first time visit. It smells super good from outside so I was expecting my coffee must be very good. I ordered long Mac topped up with lactose free milk. Even bought a bag of coffee bean based on the smell of coffee. I was so so disappointed with the coffee. No milk foam, taste like plain water, like made by auto machine in hotel. I don’t think I’ll ever visit again…. Great place to grab beans at short notice and great coffee, just wish their coffee cups fit a standard drink holder. Literally the reason they are getting one star. It's not good enough in 2024 to be providing a sub standard cup when all car cup holders are the same size. Get a grip and start providing better cups. I usually show up with my keep cup, but when I don't I can expect my car to get...
