Chicken Treat Midvale — Restaurant in Western Australia

Absolutely the best cooked / roasted chicken i have ever had ... well except for my grandmothers recipe of course. But beside that it is good to see a family favorite resteraunt re - open in the midland area once more, i frequented thier old chicken treat store which used to be near the old midland sporting complex many years ago. I loved thier chicken way back then and now i have the chance to enjoy it all over again today, i have been buying an assortment of meals from here over the years and found them to be nutritious and healthy but really good tasting as well !. Along with a good range of other tasty side dishes, drinks, desserts, etc i consider it to be one of the best value for money places to get a decent family meal or even a quick bite to eat / lunch for yourself too. CHICKEN TREAT MIDVALE the place to go for those people who want to get value for money meals in fact i would rate this store a 9.7 / 10 score for quality, freshness, healthy food and on the * Yummy Scale * a definite 10 / 10 thats for sure! Plus all the staff members make you feel right at home when placing your order(s) be it through the drive through section or from inside the resteraunt itself. Went to order some food at midnight through the drive-thru way. There was a short lady who directed me to come to the window without knowing any order. I was seeing the menu to select the food but she didn't wanna listen to it. After coming to the window she was forcing me to confirm the food according to her way. Even she didn’t let me talk and was not ready to listen. Then somehow I ordered my food which was a double-burger deal but she was taking the extra bills without any point. Until I said it $24 she would already have taken $28 from me. Lastly, I said how long it's gonna be, cause people like me who come from so far after the work with hunger doesn't wanna wait too long. She said it's gonna be 3 mins but she kept me waiting 20mins. When opened the pack saw all the chips were cold. Probably she used the old fried chips. Felt so bad after facing all these from Chicken Treat. She might have had her worst day that's why she poured all her temper on me. Expected more professionalism. So...

First picture is 2 small banana fritters, which looks like battered turd. 2nd picture was suppose to be a Tempta burger, it had 3 pieces of lettuce. 3rd picture was cheesey,bacon chips. The bacon was burnt. Been coming here for awhile now but after tonight's take away order. We won't be back. You can take our money, so how about giving us food that we ordered and stop ripping off customers by giving crap food😡😡. I reached out to their customer services and the 4th photo shows what they replied with. My thoughts on that email. Have not received any complimentary food etc. did not love your product that was served to me. You have not made my experience memorable also have achieved nothing.
