KFC Midvale — Restaurant in Western Australia

Just came off a 12hr shift, dropped in for dinner, got to the drive through, Hi sir, what can we get for you. OH by the way we have run out of chicken !!! Me.. MMM OK so what do you have ? WE have nuggets and chips.. That's all, ... . Umm ok well I guess that's all you got, that will have to do.. Gets my chips & nuggets Go out the driveway, reach in the bag for a chip. STONE COLD Omg 😲 😱 Back I go.. inside and said mate feel these, OH he said.. very sorry 😞 😔 then I waited 10 to 15min for more chips. Mean while, my nuggets out in the car went cold 🥶 😡 I gave up. Over priced, poor food service, And a chicken shop like KFC runs out of chicken... Really. !!! Very poor. Will never go to KFC again Our fast food chains have been taken over by , in experienced people, who have no idea, it's all about $$$$$ not quality and service. Good luck KFC this business will go under in...

Posting this review as I sit outside this branch waiting 20 mins for my online order to cook....this is my local store and time and time again there's no food here! Staff are not Interested in being here at all. Every time I order there either isn't any chicken and every time there's so.ething missing so you have to either go back or just take the loss because you know if you go back it will be your fault that they didn't give you something you orderd! 99% of the time there's no cutlery with the order so you eat your potatoes n gravy with your fingers! This restaurant really needs a shake up and a training lesson in customer service!

Update - finally got my food, a 9 piece pack and a burger combo....no cutlery or serviettes! and out of the 9 pieces of chicken 6 were drumsticks and when I went to lift the box the food fell out of the bottom from the...

Usually a great experience, and I recommend going there.

But I was disappointed with my last order. I see this trend in a lot of fast food restaurants where they will fill a large chip packet while squeezing it to nickel and dime customers out of a few chips. My chip packet was noticeably crushed when I opened my order, and there was significant room inside for more chips. I may as well of ordered a regular meal.

Fair warning, I will be checking my order next time and I will make a fuss if I see that again. I'm already fed up with other businesses pulling that kind of crap. Be better than them, and I may edit this review.

Edit: Strike 2, Midvale KFC! Same outcome. You're better than this. -1 star.

Edit: Did well on my last order. No complaints. +1 star. I'd happily replace this entire review with a 5 star if my next order goes well....
