Absolutely terrible experience at Chicken Treat Stirling. As an Uber Eats driver, l've never felt more disrespected. They constantly ignore Uber orders and make us wait ridiculous amounts of time while they serve every walk-in customer first-even people who walked in 10 minutes after we arrived. It's clear they don't care at all about delivery drivers or the customers ordering through delivery apps.
Holding Uber Eats orders for so long not only affects our ratings but also impacts the customer waiting at home, who often blames us for the delay. Do not eat here. Chicken roll had barely any chicken in it and a 3 inch long sharpened bone. When I called to inform them the lady just goes "yeah it says on the bag may still contain bones and hung up in my ear" no concern about if someone was injured or an offer to replace the item as I was still in the car park. All the chicken rolls in my life I have consumed. None contained bones. You would think that more concern would be shown as to prevent injury to someone more vulnerable. Nothing nice about our visit last night. Chicken was dried out and horrible. The purple headed teen behind the counter was less than helpful. Ordered chicken and chips and asked for chips to be swapped out for sweet potato chips. They said....can't do it. So I said give me sweet potato as well as the chicken and chips. So they put the sweet potato chips in the box with the chicken charged me extra for them but didn't give me the regular chips I paid for.
