Domino's Pizza Beldon — Restaurant in Western Australia

Just getting worse and worse for value and the cutting corners is getting worse by the day. The normal size pizzas are now the extra large and cost an extra $3 and the pizza I recieved had places missing cheese where it was obvious topping had been taken off. The pizza box was caked in greese and no one at the counter even cared about customer realations and even attempting to welcome customers or ask how their day was. My pizza wasnt even cut properly and the expectations dominos have on theit staff is oviously going down. When you come to work is should be a place you love and can interact with others and show what you are passionate about and this store is the complete opposite and has been exponentially worse over the past few weeks. If you are looking to buy product here I would highly recommend finding elsewhere until the staff are trained on customer relations or they get peoper jobs they love gping to geat day. I understand that corperate is responding for sizing and pricing but just because they are cutting corners doesn't set an example for the staff at this store to do the same. In advance, i am sorry this is long. So we called up to order a pepperoni pizza and had no luck, so I went into the store to make the order and got told 15 mins. Went to McDonald, KFC, hungry jacks, and also ran into Coles to get some other things. By the time I had done this, it was over 15 mins, and the timer had 8 mins. I then went back to my car, waited 8 mins, and came back into the store. I then asked one of the employees if I could speak to the manager at the time. She then told him I would like to speak to him. He then walked past the counter and looked at me not once but 3 times nowing I would like to ask what was taking so long for a pepperoni pizza. So I saw the pizza come out, and it sat there for 3 mins while he was getting delivery pizzas sorted. Then, I got my pizza, and it dropped onto the stainless steel bench and then put it into the box. Then, he walks over to myself and says, "What would you like to talk about. I said how I felt and only paid 5 dollars for the pizza and now band, lol. I feel sorry for the staff that work under this management, and what I have been told has a very high turnover. Will never order from this...

I've added this review so that i could reply to the owners copy-and-paste response: Did you not read my review? I already DID contact the store directly. I already DID let you know what went wrong. I already DID provide feedback and suggest improvements. The guy on the phone HUNG UP on me!!!! He wouldn't acknowledge any wrongdoing!!! He was happy to leave the pizzas outside and walk away!!! He had phone number from the order, he could have phoned to say he left it there!!!! He didn't bother!!!!

Terrible service and equally terrible response from the "owner"!

Ordered pizzas with delivery. After 40 minutes I went to phone to see where they were and looked outside and they had been left sitting by the front door!

I phoned to complain and the guy who answered was obviously the delivery driver. He said "yeah I remember that one. I knocked and got no answer so I left them there. See ya bud" and then hung up on me 😂

We have a dog that barks at the grass growing so I doubt he knocked a few times.
