Domino's Pizza Erskine (WA) — Restaurant in Western Australia

Incompetent. We have had constant issues with deliveries and the quality of the food - foremost the lack of care in providing the ingredients selected, the attention to detail in our orders and additional ingredients paid for. Simple things like getting the crust selection right. I don't know how many times we've ordered classic crust and recieved thin crust for example. It's just lazy work.

Most recently, we placed an order on their website, they confirmed the order and happily charged our card. We realised we popped in the wrong address for our new house, called and we were then told that they don't actually deliver to the original address and also will not deliver to our correct address which is only 300m up the road. The staff were completely unhelpful after 5 minutes of trouble shooting and spelling it out to them, we finally just gave up, cancelled the order and went elsewhere. Then having to wait 14 days to be refunded.

I find it bizarre that you deliver to only certain streets in Dawesville, some right next to others you wont deliver to. Completely strange.

I don't understand why it is so complicated to get such simple tasks right. A complete overhaul needs to be done in staff training...

I had the most horrible experience. Our expected pick up time for our food was 6:45. We saw our name pop up on the screen to say it was in the oven, a quality check and then say it was ready before 7pm. We then waited till 7:20 when we finally got our order, we asked them we had an order after it said it was ready and the man said it wasn’t ready. then multiple people went before us and we asked again. they said they didn’t have something for our desert so we then swapped for something that had already been made and they told us they were waiting on a thick shake. Multiple people got their order before us again and then we finally got the thick shake. we waited over 35 minutes and we were lied to about it being ready just so they could rush out deliveries and other orders it doesn’t take that long to make a thick shake. We have been to other dominos and have never had this issue, really...

On the 7th July I purchased a $7.00 Pepperoni pizza (order # 98) and paid the $4.00 extra for 'supposedly' !!! the lovely 'fluffy cheesy crust' instead of the regular. OMG.....!!! it was a ripoff as you couldn't tell by looking at it that it had " the lovely fluffy cheesy crust' it was flat as in the regular crust !!! I didn't think to take a photo until after I had consumed the pizza !!! I seldom buy a pizza, but I thought on this occasion I would try the 'extra cheesey crust'. Recently I was staying in Harrisdale and a friend bought the same pizza from the local Southern River Dominoes and it was just fantastic with the extra fluffy cheesey crust, that i didn't believe it was from Dominoes !!! My Erskine store pizza had only a couple of slices that you could actually SEE and TASTE the cheese !!! Won't be buying or recommending this store again...
