Horrible horrible place - I will never purchase there again - this evening I stopped on my way home to collect 2 pizzas that I had ordered online - both vegetarian for the family members who choose to eat that way. One was a thin and crispy vegorama and the other was a deep pan margherita with pineapple. When I got them home about 25 minutes later, the person who ordered the deep pan opened his to discover it was covered in bacon as well. I immediately called the store and asked for the problem to be corrected - and would it be possible to collect at Kalamunda store, as the FF store is out of the way once we get home. The manager would not rectify the situation, totally refused - claimed that I had ordered it with bacon - why would I when NO one in our house eats bacon! Was extremely rude and persisted in telling me I was lying, that I had ordered bacon. the call went on and on for some time, and in the end I hung up, as I was not getting anywhere. My husband then drove into Kalamunda store, explained the situation and the manager offered to replace it for FREE - imagine a manager who knows that customer relations is worth more than a $7 pizza!! Anyway, my husband declined, as it was not the Kalamunda stores fault. He paid the $7 and bought it home for the family member to enjoy! Will never bother heading home via FF...

When I arrived at 6.15 I walked into the store, got served and said my pizza was 2 minutes away, the guy walked away. 10 minutes later another staff member asked if I'm ok? Again I asked for my pizza as my name was not on the board. It took the staff another 2 minutes to stand around , talk ect then come back to me to say Well Well my pizza was lost there no order. To tell me there no call record. When my phone log had a record. Staff were laughing and smirking . One guy yelled across the room" I bet she rang kalamunda" still looking and smiling, get told there no order thats been made. Still searching. Staff didn't answer the phone just got " hello" I understand there younge employees they need a.strong manger to guide them to succeed and give them goals. I understand mistakes happen as at times it can get busy and mistakes can occur it was all how it was handled. My son has adhd, Autism will only eat pizza from dominoes for a very fussy Eater he loves your pizza. There is never enough sauce or cheese, always undercooked, the cheesy garlic bread always has the tiniest amount of cheese and is often burnt. They will also swap menu items without your consent if they don't have them, instead of giving the option of a refund (no i don't want 2x garlic bread instead of 1x cheesy garlic bread, I want a refund, I would never have ordered 2x garlic breads). One time I ordered a vegetarian pizza and it came with meat on it, had to wait for the delivery person to drive back and give me my correct order (so add another 30-40 minutes or so, obviously my partner was long finished with his food before I got mine). There was no apology, no freebie, nothing, just had to give the wrong pizza back and given my correct one. I almost ate meat after 10+ years, if they did that to someone with a meat allergy they could have died.
