These guys are time wasters. I have just spent 30 minutes attempting to order 6 pizzas using their coupon which they sent me: "2 value pizzas for $12". Impossible! I learnt from a prior attempt, you can only realise this type of coupon in a single order of 2 pizzas. BUT, they don't tell you that you cannot make 3 orders of 2 pizzas. They failed to take my third order. TELL ME THIS UP FRONT. STOP WASTING MY TIME. I NOW HAVE HUNGRY GUESTS!

The "Response from the owner" illustrates precisely what is wrong. The response is a lame attempt to position the Domino's brand as friendly & caring. But no. It may be friendly but it does not care & is now revealed as insincere. If the author of this response was at all sincere, they would not ask me to "contact our local store & let us know what went wrong & how we can improve". A child could read my review & understand what went wrong & how it could be fixed. Domino's like many big brands, fail miserably at being intelligent & sincere in the way they respond to a problem. Read, consider & respond. But not at Domino's. It appears they just respond without even considering the text of a customer concern. They look even more insincere as a result.
What is most absurd about this, is that it was Domino's own tricky online ordering & payment process that impeded me from a bigger purchase. My loss...

I repeatedly have issues with staff having no clue what they are doing, meat on meatless pizzas, poorly cut pizzas, missing added ingredients and just no care in the world. When arriving early at the store to confirm my diet requirement I see one staff member out the front on his mobile and she other stuff member inside didnāt even greet me, there were no other orders being made or waiting to be picked up just mine. I then stood there and watched him cut my pizza with a dirty knife that had bacon on it. Iām vegetarian this is completely unacceptable and I then watched him rip my garlic bread that was caught in the oven in half, he turned me and said he would have to make another. I then told him I called 16 times and he didnāt even apologise. The store is atrocious and really need some training...

We called up for a delivery order, provided a coupon code and tried ro pay over the phone, they refused and advised we had to pay when our pizza arrived. Our pizza arrived, 40 minutes later than advised and we were then told we had to pay with cash and it would be $8 more than the initial order, the driver had no option to pay by card. He said he would leave and return in half an hour to drop the pizza and collect the cash. We rang to try pay over the phone, they refused and said our pizza would be back in 10 minutes with a card option; but they didnāt ask our name or get any details.. they had no idea who we were and were trying to just get us off the phone; suffice to say we never received our pizza: I couldnāt recommend any less and Iāll be providing that advice on all my...
