At 6:45 p.m. I made a call to Domino's Southlake to order three pizzas and spoke with a new young lady who is 14 years of age so I was very careful to communicate my order clearly and she repeated it back as I had ordered and I asked if the delivery driver could bring the EFTPOS machine because they've made so many mistakes with my orders that I didn't really want to pay for it before I received it she said that wasn't possible so I paid for the three pizzas and was told it would be about 20 minutes which would have been 7:10 p.m. at 7:20 p.m. I called the store saying it was 10 minutes late is everything ok they told me it was already delivered I said that's not possible because I haven't got it and they checked back and came to the phone saying that the pizzas were still sitting there it's a pickup. I reiterated that I just told the young girl that I wanted to pay when it was delivered so she knew it was a delivery he said OK I will get it delivered out to you which was 7:30 p.m. half an hour after the pizza was made. at 8:00 p.m. I ring back to speak to the manager saying I called you half an hour ago and it's an 8 minute trip from your store to my house he insisted the driver was 2 minutes away I'm writing this 10 minutes later at...

My husband and I tried to phone the store numerous times last night which was never answered. I finally got through to the store today to be told the manager would phone me after 5 which I never received so had to phone the store again to finally get hold of the manager Bhargav who was extremely rude yelling and speaking over me on the phone refusing to give my son a refund for the food that was never received. Iām extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service this manager showed, itās absolutely disgusted in the way my son was treated last night and myself tonight and as a store manager I would have expected more as no one should be spoken to the way I was tonight. The wonderful Dheeraj was on the counter that day. Firstly, he found a deal that saved me $5 on the deal I had found online, which was great. I told him I would see him the next day at 11am and left the store.
The next day, I arrived right on 11am expecting to sit and wait for the pizzas however, as soon as I walked through the door, Dheeraj presented me with my order, piping hot, boxed up and ready to go.
I was completely happy to wait for the pizzas to be cooked however, it is so great when you come across someone like Dheeraj who saw what I needed and he went out of his way to help me out and got the order ready to go before he had even opened.
