I too have an experience that Alice would be jealous of. Therefore, the mad hatter’s tea party has nothing compare to mine. I book them in advance for my birthday party, what I got in return: Party start time was 6:30pm. Not just me, even the guests were allowed to see how to set up chairs till 7:30pm. It was learning experience WHAT NOT TO DO. We were so happy after the starter being served, that we forgot we ordered cold starters. Thinking it was a hot day and we need cooling down. Our food was dreadfully cold. Staff wanted to spread love between both vegetarian and non-vegetarian people, so they served both veg and non-veg in the same bowl mixing the flavours to excite my taste buds or their lack off. They were so kind that they gave us a decorative piece for our party which was one empty bain marie and the others were of mixed mode. 7 months old kids were asked to either stand or sit on adult chairs. No apologies for the Faulty Towers’ service etiquettes bordering on the three stages competence. All my guests were looking so hot that even the air conditioner stopped working after seeing them. The service staff were nowhere to be found. It was almost like a tree in the Sahara desert blooming with fresh flowers waiting for the delivery of fresh water. Attention to details when placing my cake on a stand what as if I was selecting one red bull in a bucket of hundred looking for green one which was never to be found. As there was a water shortage, we decided to save the environment by not using clean plates and glasses. Staff’s punctuality was so enthusiastic that our food was being removed before we even have time to finish it, hence, McDonald time. The staff and my guests were so busy and helpfully playing Dogg’em cars that we didn’t mind bumps and bruises, reminds me of hot steaming night. Really good listeners and that’s all. Kind hearted manager decided not to utter anything after getting applause for their exemplary...

I was happy with the food and services that I was provided from fusion 6 Banquets. BUT...

To be very specific, this review is for the decorator that I was recommended by Fusion 6 Banquets. I tried to let it go many times but whenever I see the photos of the event in my galleries in the phone, it bursts my heart with dissapointments. It was my baby's first birthday. I had certain expectations from the decorator. I had especially requested her for three main things: 2/3 white plinths, my baby's name letters, and the big size number "1". She kept charging extra for all little things that I asked for. Fine, I was ok with that. But after all the conversation and settlements of decoration theme and price, we both went ahead. This was finalised 1/2 months in advanced.

On the event day, I even requested her to send me the picture of the final decoration that was done on the stage, but I dint get any reply.

When I reached at the venue and saw the decoration, I was so so upset seeing the decoration. First and the most importantly, my baby's name was ruined. She chosed different size letter 'v' at the end of his name, and giving excuses that the decorator could not find the last letter "v" . This was requested a month ago in advance right? How could she do that?? She did not even inform me prior. Second, instead of 2/3 white plinths, she kept two metal stands on the stage. One of the metal stands was long and it's one arm was slightly bend and unstable while holding the cake. Throughout the event I was worried what if someone might drop off the cake, as kids were playing around. Thirdly, the number "1" she chosed was a small size. I had requested for bigger "1".

Since the plinths were not used, my baby's name letters kept falling down. Everytime my photographer was taking photos, we had to erect and arrange the letters. How dissapointing the event went...

Pathetic place to do function.when you go to book the function j.j Singh named guy speak to you very nicely.he said he will take care of your function you just have to relax and enjoy your function this kind of things he tell to you. And when the actual day come this guy disappears not answer you phone or reply for your message.my function was on 14th November 2021

The decorations which was done by this people ,that kind of decorations any 10year old kid can do better than this people for that he charged me $290

He charged me for projector which was not working perfectly as well.

After when we booked the function we decided one welcome dish which was came around 9:00 pm with mains even that one I saw around 15-20 not more than that we booked the function for 120people. He charged me $30 per person for catering .after once the main started we were short of naan breads,sweets,Plates,even they were not able to refill the rice.when they bring the naan breads it was uncooked.

Even if we need someone we need to go to main hall where already one function going on and we feel ashamed.

Many of my guests wait for while and then went home with disappointment.there was no management . It’s already 2days even that guy Jj Singh hasn’t reply or call me back.this guy have no professionalism or ethics.thank you for ruining my son’s birthday party.
