Pathetic place to do function.when you go to book the function j.j Singh named guy speak to you very nicely.he said he will take care of your function you just have to relax and enjoy your function this kind of things he tell to you. And when the actual day come this guy disappears not answer you phone or reply for your message.my function was on 14th November 2021

The decorations which was done by this people ,that kind of decorations any 10year old kid can do better than this people for that he charged me $290

He charged me for projector which was not working perfectly as well.

After when we booked the function we decided one welcome dish which was came around 9:00 pm with mains even that one I saw around 15-20 not more than that we booked the function for 120people. He charged me $30 per person for catering .after once the main started we were short of naan breads,sweets,Plates,even they were not able to refill the rice.when they bring the naan breads it was uncooked.

Even if we need someone we need to go to main hall where already one function going on and we feel ashamed.

Many of my guests wait for while and then went home with disappointment.there was no management . It’s already 2days even that guy Jj Singh hasn’t reply or call me back.this guy have no professionalism or ethics.thank you for ruining my son’s birthday party.

I engaged Fusion 6 for two functions for my daughters wedding recently. It was a harrowing experience. One needs to be extremely careful when dealing with them. The food is ok, some dishes were even praised by some of my guests. The problem is their professionalism and integrity. They nod their head at everything you suggest or ask for, but do nothing to ensure that any event runs according to plan. They don't keep proper notes etc. Communication is very poor. Time keeping means nothing to them. Once money is taken up front, you will be at their mercy. Even a function at a religious venue will not be spared of their unprofessional misconduct. I contacted them after my functions to express my dissatisfaction but they did not even bother to respond to me. Please be very careful and ensure everything is documented before engaging them. Dont be fooled by their exterior appearance. Shop around before making...

The manager was very easy to talk to and the food was very delicious. It’s the second time I booked with them for my daughter’s birthday. Compared to last year the food was tastier and the dance floors has also been upgraded. Everything was going good and everyone was happy but at the end of the party some of our guests wanted to take some foods away as we still had a lot of leftovers. our guest complained that one of the waiting staff told them they were not allowed to take the food which by the way we already paid everything for, I just wish if they could come and talk to us or the manager instead of telling the guest not to take it as they were embarrassed. Thankfully we asked one of their team to talk with manger and the guest could take them.

Over all the experience was great 😊 and we are happy, just wish if the waiting staffs were...
