Hungry Jack's Burgers Clarkson — Restaurant in Western Australia

This store is useless 80% of the time. Been going there for many years and they still can't seem to get their act together. Ordered 2 burgers minus Tomato and add extra heavy mayonnaise. Received one without tomato but instead of extra heavy mayonnaise it had 1/4 the amount of that they normally use. The second one had the normal amount of mayonnaise but it also contained tomato. We always ask them to repeat the order so we know it's written correctly on the makers screen but for some reason they still can't make it the way it was requested. When you get charged for extras you expect to receive what you've asked for. When trying to call to complain they never answer the phone, and I'm not unwrapping the meals for them to go cold on the way home. Hungry Jacks management simply don't care. If they read this I would like them to reply and prove they care, and maybe offer to replace my meals, made correctly and provided at no charge. Yeah like that's...

I do not write many reviews and normally I only do positive ones... I am a fan of Hungry Jacks / Burger King and have it quite often for over 45 years. We have eaten these burgers literally all over the world.. The Clarkson - Ocean Keys restaurant has got to be the worst Hjs i have ever eaten from... we have bought it using drive thru... we have tried Uber a few times.. and in the restaurant itself... Orders with Uber always take over an hour and they are literally 4 mins away.. the food when arrives is always very cold... for some reason this place always uses stale buns as well.. You call on the phone and they dont bother answering. The drive thru was clearly built as an afterthought... almost laughable..truly embarrassing. Last but not least.. the restaurant would not pass the clean standard anytime we have been there... the management clearly do not care.. If you are keen on a whopper.. go to the Beldon HJs...

I don’t usually write reviews, and I’m normally a huge fan of Hungry Jacks. But when I tell you my burger has been charcoal so many times to the point where it’s inedible it’s just really sad. 😔Not to even mention the chips, which are way too salty and undercooked, they always forget a straw to go with my drink! I’m talking at least 10 times now it’s ridiculous. Normally I never complain but OMG something needs to be changed here please for future customers. Also waiting 40 mins in line on Saturday night after watching their staff ignore the backed up line and chat about their Tinder dates is unprofessional. Not to mention forgetting items in my order every time. Don’t recommend Clarkson Hungry Jacks, have never had a good experience or order. Guys...
