I come to this store every Tuesday and get the exact same thing every morning I pop in after a job and before the next, never had an issue, Went through the drive through for my usual but just added one extra item, not a big deal, but we were rushed through by a young man with curly blonde hair, I would drop his name but he wasnât wearing a name tag, we got to the window to pay and he read out my order
Big breakie wrap, in a regular meal with a coke, and Iâll ask for them to swap the hash brown in the meal out for some large fries, Iâll also order a coffee for my friend and today I also ordered a WHOPPER WITH CHEASE
Like I said, he read out the order and it was on the screen, and that is exactly what I payed for. We were told to wait at the front parking spot for our food, and then a young woman came to bring out food for two cars at a time and gave us THE WRONG ORDER
We got the coke, coffee and chips, but then only a breakfast burger, not a wrap, and thatâs it.
When we went to correct the situation both staff members in question just acted confused or like they had done nothing wrong, the young man who I would love to say some colourful words about, stated to me
âI never put a wrap on your order, I canât just give you a free wrapâ
He screwed up and made me pay extra for a burger that I didnât want because by the time this all happened the breakfast menu was over, I was furious and didnât realise until after what happened, they gave me the wrong items, and I had to pay extra for new food, I payed for the wrap but never got it and the screwed up the cheese burger too, I have been ripped off, donât want money back, just...
   Read moreId just like to share my rather awful experience at Hungry Jackâs Forrestfield last night. Declan (the manager on shift) I believe his name was. I wouldnât expect this from crew let alone a manager. I ordered 4 burgers with heavy mayo and a couple of ice creams. I asked for all of it to be fresh which shouldnât be a problem as I didnât mind waiting for it. Before I could even finish ordering I was told to drive forward, I tried saying something but he had already taken the other lane. When I got to the window where ( Declan) served me I said, âhey sorry I wasnât finished orderingâ He rolled is eyed and said âwhatever, what do you want thenâ. Made the biggest deal out of nothing. I was told to park then to only get my burgers with barely any mayo, if Iâve paid extra I expect what Iâve paid for as does everyone. I brought the food back and asked the kind girl at the front if they could put more mayo on for me. Got the burgers back and the amount of mayo was just ridiculous, we couldnât eat them. Just because someone is asking for something they originally paid for does not mean they had to be silly about it and quite literally ruin the burgers. I believe this store needs to invest in some crew coachâs to train the staff more so they know how many grams of sauce is on a burger.    Read moreIâm sorry but your team here are an absolute joke We continue to give the team here a chance and every time something is wrong the first time my partner had a cut off of a straw in her burger after also waiting for 30 min for 3 meals the next time we waited and watched 10 cars get there meals before us and after going inside 4 times I ended up having to wait inside for the meal last time we went there we ordered 3 meals and only received 1 and was made out to be the person at fault as we didnât ask for a receipt and after being argued with by the manager for 10 minutes they agreed to give us our two meals that we paid for and didnât receive and now tonight my partner has been sitting out the front of this place for 40 minutes waiting for 2 meals to have someone come out and ask are you waiting for a meal 2 times and then asked what did you order
We have given this place a go and and they continue to provide poor service and continue to get the order incorrect unfortunately this isnât the fault of the young staff that are trying there hardest this is completely and utterly poor management and it needs to be fixed if I was able to give a zero or -stars I would be giving this place that
This store needs its managers retrained and held accountable for the for the actions and utter disregard and disrespect to there customers
