Jamaica Blue Beeliar Village — Restaurant in Western Australia

What we 'ended up with' was fine, of Jamaica Blue standard and their coffee is good. Sadly, we've been twice to this cafe for lunch, 3 months apart, & both times they have not been able to honour our choice from the menu. This last visit, our 1st choice not being available we reselected, only to have a poor staff member have to come & say he'd found that too wasn't available. On making a 3rd choice, the items increased by a total of $2, but No Goodwill here...we had to pay that! I really felt for the staff having to handle this & asked to speak to the manager where I was going to suggest he remove the items from the menu or at least inform his counter staff what's not available. He was in buying a couple of items at Coles & on his return I saw him watching us as his staff told him of our situation, but he didn't even acknowledge or approach us, instead, he gathered some things (rubbish?) & left the shop ..... Obviously he's not interested in customer satisfaction! We won't eat from the menu here again, but we give credit for their nice coffee so may call in for one of those, & I'd like to acknowledge the counter staff who were really quite sweet & well tempered for what they were...

If there was a no star option I would of given this place that ! Ordered the big breakfast and gourmet beef burger both were absolutely terrible also had to wait around 40 minutes for our Meals to be brought out to us beef burger was horrible it was like a small rissole patty so chewy felt like I was eating a well done steak and the big breakfast was not worth the money also one piece of toast which was ridiculous bacon was over cooked got charged extra for baked beans which I don’t like and did not ask for overall experience there was 0/10 never ever going back there and I don’t recommend anyone to go there please save your money and time it’s...

Ate at beeliar this morning with my daughter and her kids..the food was ordinary to say the least..i had toast which i had to return because it was hardly toasted..my daughter had crumbed cheese balls which were greasy and too salty and cheesy..the chips were also greasy..the small accompanying salad was drowned in balsamic vinegar and certainly not fresh..the kids had milkshakes which weren't cold and a toasted ham and cheese sandwich barely cooked..the cookies tasted yuk..coffee was good .certanly too expensive for the quality and...
