This rating is really 4.5 stars So impressed with this cafe, it’s our new favourite. Blink and you’d miss it, make it a detour on your way to Bunnings, exercising close by or just go anyway. We do! It’s one of those nice suprises that looks like any building in an industrial area and then when you get inside, it’s a vibe. Their plants, the friendly staff and that great artwork. They have a sustainable focus including various types of recycling waste bins and mugs you can borrow and bring back. But let’s talk about why we’re really there. As a self proclaimed coffee addict, their coffee is very, very good. I’d chose it over pretty much any good cafe in the South Freo area (our previous local). The halloumi bagel was delish, best bagel I’ve ever had. Hang out for a while with your friends or just take away. The only things that I can think to improve it include an outdoor area with shade for those with dogs (and water) or wanting to dine alfresco (if that’s possible). Make the trip, completely worth the detour. Also, how cute are these whale cups? (Will be swapping back to the travel mug ASAP).

We visited your restaurant on Saturday around 11:30 a.m., primarily to try your donut coffee. Upon arrival, we went straight to the counter to inquire about the donut coffee. However, the lady at the counter was not welcoming and behaved rudely towards us. We noticed that other customers were greeted warmly, which made her actions appear discriminatory. Additionally, I must mention the poor cleanliness of the restaurant. The floor was littered with rubbish, and there were even pieces of marshmallow on the tables. It was quite disgusting. This experience was deeply disappointing, especially since visiting your restaurant had been on my bucket list for a long time. My husband and I love exploring new coffee places on the weekends, but this incident has made us reconsider ever returning due to the poor customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Jessie's Cafe & Roasting Co. and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience. The coffee served here is freshly roasted, which really adds to the overall taste and aroma. The barista school is a great addition, the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I especially appreciated the promotion they had going on, where if you purchased a bag of coffee beans, you received a complimentary coffee of any size and milk of your choice. The service was fantastic and the positive energy of the establishment was palpable. Jessie, the owner, is truly a gem and it's obvious that she takes great pride in her business. I would highly recommend Jessie's Cafe & Roasting Co. to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and friendly service.

I used to frequent Jessie's A LOT. They changed hands and I felt the difference immediately! A few weeks ago I got a coffee on the way somewhere and the service from the tall blonde-ish staff was pretty subpar, but I get it, we have those days etc.

Haven't gone back since but I popped in recently and she was having a very friendly chat with the customer in front of me. Was there around 10am and one other customer which is telling because it used to be busy no matter what the time.

When it was my turn, my did the energy shift! Aggressive questions, blunt answers, no eye contact, my drink was just left on the counter, an item forgotten. Coffee was eh.

Yeah..... I'm done with this place. Wish the old owners held on because the rumours I hear from the community is we don't like the new vibe. Lots of amazing coffee places in Myaree who actually like their customers I will be giving...
