I recently visited Just Sushi Woodvale with my family and wanted to share our experience. Overall, we absolutely love the sushi from this place, especially my son's special order of the aburi without the spicy sauce. However, I have to admit that the service has been a bit inconsistent, which makes me hesitate before returning.

Let me start with the positive aspects. The sushi at Just Sushi Woodvale is delicious, and we have always enjoyed the flavors and quality of their offerings. My son's special order of the aburi without the spicy sauce has always been prepared perfectly, and he loves it.

However, it's the service that has left us with mixed feelings. On multiple occasions, when I requested my son's special order, I encountered an attendant who reacted in a less than friendly manner. One day, I was told that I would need to wait 15 minutes for just one small pack of aburi, which seemed excessive. It made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by placing a special order. This kind of response left me disappointed as a customer.

On another visit, the same attendant seemed irritated when I mentioned the special order, but this time, she quickly prepared it in less than a minute. It was confusing to see such a drastic difference in her behavior. As a customer, I value consistent and friendly service, and this inconsistency makes me apprehensive about returning to Just Sushi Woodvale.

I firmly believe that excellent customer service plays a significant role in attracting and retaining customers. While the sushi itself is fantastic, the negative experiences with the service have made me think twice before returning to this establishment. I hope the management takes note of these issues and works towards improving the overall customer experience.
