Pizza Hut Woodvale — Restaurant in Western Australia

If you like ordering menu pizza but receiving saucy or cheesy bread then order from here. Ordered a vegetarian pizza last night and it’s basically a cheese and sauce pizza only 5 olives on the entire pizza, 3 visible strips of mushroom, reasonable amount of green capsicum, 6 bits of pineapple on the whole pizza!! Not one slice contains all ingredients. Plenty of cheese. Absolute waste of money.

Update 28/07/23 This store is still charging their own costs for products. Advertise $3 personal pizzas but actually charge customers $5.95 each for them. Manager has addressed this issue in the past, confirming the price is not conditional and is in fact meant to be $3 for personal pizzas when picking up but staff here still charge more. This afternoon was charged $12 again for 2 personal pizzas after being assured by management the overcharges would not continue. Bad.

Update 09/02/24 - returned here after discovering its newly managed. To my HORROR I watched a female staff member in the kitchen (who was making pizzas) drop a green pizza tray -used to apply toppings, on the floor. She picked it up, placed it on the counter where she was making pizzas, she finished the putting her current pizza in the oven and then turned back to the counter and began using this same utensil to make pizzas for the incoming orders. She did not take it to the sink, she did not get a clean one, no! She used the one that was dropped on the filthy floor. Staff here have ZERO concern for food health and safety practices. When the manager came to the front register I asked him if he was aware what has occurred and I was told no we don’t do that here. I said I just saw your staff member do it. His response was pretty minimal and not of concern, he said I will tell her to get a clean one. I said too late now mate you’ve just contaminated 10 plus customers orders, you need to train your staff and you need to supervise them. I should have demanded my money back but I know she didn’t use that device for our order as it was being put in the oven when I arrived. I will however never come back here. Absolutely disgusting standards.

Update AGAIN 28/08/25: I don’t know why we bother trying to give chances. Ordered here tonight paid $15 for extra toppings and $3.50 for a prawn pizza (‘premium’ pizza surcharge). Nothing premium about it but a premium waste of money. Only 6 prawns on an 8 slice pizza and 4 pieces of capsicum. The pizza is also burnt and does not have extra sauce. Paid $65 for 2 pizzas ABSOLUTE SCAM. DO NOT GO HERE EVER!! It’s the worst Pizza...

Ordered 15 pizza's for my sons birthday today, went to the store Saturday to order. Went back again today Sunday to ensure order had been entered which it hadn't. Tried calling the store multiple times to ensure order was all good and correct the address as realised I had told them the wrong number & that it would definitely be delivered by 1:45pm as we were supposed to eat at 2pm. I then had to go to the store a 3rd time as there was no answer. After checking 3 times that it would be delivered st 1:45 it still wasn't delivered til after 2:10pm so everything was rushed. Tried calling them multiple time again to see where the order was with still no answer. 2 out of the 3 super supremem pizzas we ordered were most definitely not super supreme. Pizza's were cold & gross. Pizza Hut has certainly gone downhill and will not...

Pizza Hut Woodvale. 2 yrs later. Place online order. Arrived swiftly and hot but not what i had ordered.. I contacted store instantly spoke to young lady 2/01/22 re - laying my order yet again. I expressed that order was wrong. That i disnt receive call whwn leaving store as requested an not provided with receipt. I said i had screen shot of order if would help.. She was apologetic.. An hour goes by with NO replacement of pizza's nor phone call.. Ive contacted store now saying store is closed.. Great service Pizza hut.. I WANT A COMPLETE REFUND INSTANTLY AND AN APOLAGY FROM PIZZA HUT WOODVALE.. New update.. Second order arrived.. Exactly the same as last.. Poor Indian driver tried as best to contact relevant pple with no response. So i just took it.2 1/2 hrs after order placed and FULLY...
