Red Rooster Woodvale — Restaurant in Western Australia

This was originally a 4 star review see below, but something has changed.

Tonight we ordered a bunch of food on this stores website and selected delivery the site accepted our order and said it would be delivered at 530, it didnt so I called and was told there were "no drivers" so it would be delayed.

Why are you accepting delivery orders with no active drivers.

By 6 still no delivery so called again and was told still no drivers. I requested a friend to be able to pick it up and since it had been sitting out for an hour could it be remade. They agreed and my friend went to the store to collect it.

She was given a small chips for the inconvenience, top notch work there RR.

When she arrived back with the food it was stone cold. The chips were soggy the burgers were a mess the lettuce was rancid, this was supposed to be a treat for the kids but ended up going straight in the bin.

Had the misfortune of ordering food here for my family. Placed an order direct on the Red rooster app for delivery. At 6.20pm app said out for delivery about 15 minutes after the Order . So all good should be arriving soon. 1hour and 15 minutes no food . OK ring store , Lady manager tells me not our fault food has left the store with driver you must ring them. I explain to her That it is their driver I don't have his contact information. no apology wait 5 more minutes. OK so I wait 35 more minutes no food. Ring again this time Male manager tells me to contact driver (Whilst the lady from before screams rudely in the background) I explain that it is their driver and store and Its not for me to contact driver(impossible ) where is my food been nearly 2 hours. phone hangs up in my ear. 5 minutes later a car arrives cold chips wrong order wrong drink no apology. The people who are managing this business have no idea what customer service is. As for Red Rooster I sent them 2 emails in regards to this matter not a single reply. Avoid...

We were served absolute garbage by this store. We purchased a whole chicken and asked for it to be cut up. Upon opening the box what we saw was a massacred chicken that had been thrown in the box from what looked like the other side of the room with absolutely no care at all. I had planned to take this chicken to a family gathering but due to the state of it, I was too embarrassed to. I ended up buying a chicken from IGA and cutting it up myself. Now that you have McDonalds just next door I hope this means you will lift your game. Wouldn't hurt to give the store a thorough clean whilst you're at it. Zero chance of me ever returning to...
