KFC Kalgoorlie — Restaurant in Western Australia

Worst ever KFC experience. Ordered on line. Pock up at the drive trough. Everything was rushed into my hands (although I was the only car) Everything looked fine. Drive off and as the family started unpacking and eating we realised one item wasn’t there. (6 wicked wings) Drove back and in a friendly manner told them at the counter that it was missing. After a few minutes the youngster who served it trough the window told me he was sure he gave me everything and it was there, and walked away. I had to bring my whole order back from the car, for him to open everything by hand and look at it. Then gave me the missing wings. And said in a grumpy way that it happens all the time. So I’ve asked for a freebie, like a freezo or something. He just said in a unrespectfull way: I don’t think so, it happens all the time.

If it happens all the time, something must be wrong.

None of my friends will ever buy from this KFC when coming past on a road trip. I expect an apology.

Absolute fail on KFC Kalgoorlie's part. Travelling from Coolgardie to get a couple of Zinger Bacon Cheese combos and an Ultimate Fillet Box, we get told when we tried to order that they haven't had bacon for two weeks (and it turns out they won't have any for another two weeks). We opted for swapping the bacon for extra cheese. When we get home we realise that they have charged us for the extra cheese, but have not made the burgers with extra cheese. Nor by the way did they put any lettuce on the burgers. Plus the Ultimate Fillet Box was meant to be a normal fillet burger - and they made it with a Zinger. To top it all off, there was a loose/random hair on one of the chips! Tried to ring the store and have it sortrd, but got no where with the manager on duty. Totally not happy with the food and...

Visiting Kalgoorlie and went through the drive thru about 11am yesterday. There were only 3 cars ahead of us but instead of taking orders while serving other cars they took ages to speak to us through the PA. Ordered just one box of chips and after 10 mins finally got to the cashier who had the eftpos machine hanging out the window not taking any notice that I was paying cash. Following this when we arrived at the other window to receive our lousy $5.50 box of chips the lady had zero customer service skills. Didn't even look at us while handing over the order or apologise for the delay. Disgraceful effort. Absolutely disgusted by the service. Worst takeaway food service I have...
