Excellent service and advice from Gabrielle who gave us the welcome news that the road to Lake Ballard to see the sculptures on the lake was ok for 2WD vehicles and it was only 32 km (return) of good dirt road. Made our day and we enjoyed the visit there taking it easy in our Sprinter Campervan over some parts that were washed away by recent rain but clearly marked. Such enthusiastic, cheerful and welcoming staff. A model for other Visitor Centres everywhere! Well done guys. Keep up the joy and smiles...

When we had a problem because the taxi drivers were on strike Sunday morning after a Saturday night incident, they used their initiative and their problem solving skills and were able to come up with a effective solution. Well done everyone. Staff like...
