Alright, I've been sitting on this review like a seagull on a hot chip, and for good reason. I’m torn, truly. If I spill the beans, this humble little banh mi joint might go the way of all great secrets – swarmed by bloggers, foodstagrammers, and people rocking up with tripods like they’re filming the next MasterChef episode.

But you know what? I can’t gatekeep greatness forever. This place deserves the love. The banh mis? Bloody unreal. I’ve chomped my way through more rolls than I care to admit, and I’m telling you now — this place smashes the Bibra Lake spot out of the park. No 40-minute wait, no cult-like queue wrapping around the block. Just top-tier flavour, fresh as anything, and priced like it’s still 2015.

Honestly, it’s on par with the Byford joint, maybe even a touch better. But don’t just take my word for it… do yourself a solid, check it out — and tell ‘em...

You get what you paid for alittle more expensive comparing other banh mi around but you get more pork inside here. The crackle part was crispy and good amount and every bite came with the crumble of the bread which tasted good. Addition of chilli is good. Customer service is really friendly and they have interesting decor for what the place is. Interesting thing to note is I noticed some pickled onion strips of a layer inside which was really nice and worked well with the banh mi my first time having that in one. There was a lot of fat pork pieces though unfortunately and I’m not a huge fan of eating the fat parts I know some people like that though. The carrot lacked flavour as well. 31st Jan 23 First time there and welcomed in by 3 lovely ladies, I went there for the BANH Mi crispy Roast Pork🐖 $10.50 nearly every bite came with crispy cracking 🐷, I always have it with extra 🌶️ and coriander and it didn't disappoint and it's under 1 1/2 km from my place another bonus for me 🏆 So today 2nd Feb I returned for the fresh 🦐 spring rolls and the curry 🐔 & 🍚 both great, only tasted the curry sauce cause it's for dinner but it's bloody good that's for sure ‼️ this place I give the tick of approval because of the friendliness of the ladies, the cleanliness and the pride and quality of the food there.
