Chicken Treat Maddington — Restaurant in Western Australia

We love Chicken Treat and always get takeaway from Maddington store. Unfortunately our order always seem to have something missing from it and we have to wait for it to be made or if we forget to check the order have to go back to the store to get the missing item. Our experience today was disheartening as we tried the Baconary Wrap only for it to have ham instead of cooked bacon, it also was not wrapped together very well to the point that the contents were falling out. Hoping this is a one off in terms of the food quality as we use this store on a weekly basis for company lunches. Hoping that our order will be given to us complete as well considering how many meals we order and how much money we spend.

Came through the drive through last night 22/2/22 and ordered 2 whole chickens and a monster chips. thank goodness for the monster chips and our salad that we had prepared otherwise we would have gone hungry. The chicken was so dry it was inedible(even my dog wouldn't eat it and he loves chicken). On a positive note that girl/lady at the window(sorry, didn't catch her name) was most helpful and put chicken and chips into a meal to make it cheaper and was friendly. Funny thing is it cost me $29.28 to discover that I I should have stuck with Red Rooster who I drove past to get to chicken treat specifically trying to avoid coles...

Went to maddington at 6pm tonight.. They were getting slammed at drivethru so l went in... The young man serving was full of life bringing an excellent vibe to the place..he was zipping around helping the drive thru taking orders over the counter...fullfilling them in next to no time..customers were looking at their phones so he grabed their orders and took it to them... He does your company justice..didnt get his name but he made my long day from 330am til 6pm. A distant memory..he set my mood. Thanx chicken treat man..enjoyed my monster chips and...
