1: The Service

Most importantly, the staff are friendly, engaging and caring. Even though it was busy, one of the staff said they would do their best to find a receipt I needed for an order I made earlier that day. She took the time to do it, and eventually brought the receipt out to me.

The staff allowed my friend and I to continue talking despite packing down around us at closing time. They didn’t make us feel like we were an inconvenience, but were friendly and attentive.

2: The Food (Chicken & Waffles).

My sister (a local) recommended the Chicken & Waffles. I expected it to be good - but it was much better than expected: It was evil! (In the best way possible!).

The waffles were the best I have ever had. Wow. I am just so grateful I don’t live in this place, because I can guarantee I would be packing on the kilos. This would lock in as my daily breakfast for years to come!

I went there today, the seats inside was taken. I was looking around for a seat, when a staff looked at me and talked to me, she was sitting down on a 4 seat table. She left and my family sat down. Later when I went to order, the cashier told me I was rude for forcefully taking the staff seat. I ordered, I didn't want to make a scene, and left. Bad customer service, immediate false accusation without knowing the full story. I had a similar experience last time too. I won't come back again. Thank you for the drinks. Wow!!! If you are looking for breakfast options and have a sweet tooth, look no further. This was the best breakfast I think I have ever had, absolutely delicious. The waffles and the pancakes were cooked so well and accompanied with tasty additions. You will enjoy every mouthful.

We also had an almond milk cappuccino and the Energizer smoothie. Both were really good too and also one of the better smoothies I have out somewhere.

Highly recommend and we will be returning next time we are in Karratha.
