Elegant and sophisticated Nando's dining experience. Air-conditioning works perfectly in this establishment.
It's located in a small cul-de-sac carport, away from the main entrance to the shopping centre, so it should be fairly easy to gauge your likely time to be seated from the car before you even park. The entrance to the carport is built like a roller-coaster though, so take that first drop with a sense of adventure and cross your finger there isn't an idiot waiting to get t-boned going out the wrong way. I expect this isnhilarious to watch for the regulars, possibly even an attraction.
It seems like the franchise is either recently upgraded or owned by someone who is dedicated to maintaining the high finish they originally invested in. It doesn't change the taste but demonstrates their commitment to quality, which indicates they do the same for their food preparation.

Read moreThe Manager tonight he was very nice and gave us a new order. Since We Had to drove down to the restaurant as our order did not arrived for more than an hour. But when we reached home the order was delivered at home and it’s still warm. Though we waited for 1 hr and 30 mins roughly at home. Hence we decided to drove down there. Ordered:5:29pm Text Notification update: running behind and will be arriving around 6:08-6:30pm 6:50pm ish- still did not received the order/no delivery and decide to drove down to the restaurant. Though we tried to ring first but no answer after several attempts. Around 7pm ish arrived at the restaurand and informed the lady staff then the manager/supervisor came in and checked then decided to make and gave us new order instead. So kind of him. So yes we have two orders but it is not our fault right? I’m not sure if they want us to return it anyway. Thank you for the driver too. The food was amazing too...

Ever since the Kiwi manager moved on, they brought in a new restaurant manager who does not give two s**ts.
On multiple occasions I have ordered chicken and asked for extra basting (as most people who go to Nandos do.)
Not only do they no longer give extra basting, but almost every time I have ordered from there in the last year the chicken has been completely burnt.
It's really sad to see because the previous manager (I believe her name was Rea??) was amazing. She would always greet you with a smile and made sure the food was always perfect.
This new manager needs to be sacked. If it was once or twice I would forgive, but this restaurant has been on a steady decline ever since...
