As a regular customer of Nando’s Warnbro (Uber and in person), I feel compelled to share consistent issues with my recent orders in the hope that constructive feedback will prompt better quality control.

On at least two out of every three occasions, my orders have arrived incorrect. While mistakes can occasionally happen in any business, the frequency of these errors is unacceptable, particularly when paying over $30 for a salad. I am lactose intolerant, and despite clearly requesting items to be excluded that contain lactose, dairy items continue to be included. When lactose-based sauces or cheeses are spread throughout a salad, it is not something that can simply be removed, it ruins the entire meal.

In addition, I consistently pay for extra protein, such as additional chicken tenders, only to receive a standard portion. Lastly, when ordering from Uber Eats, I often ask for 2x waters, and on almost every occasion I have only received one. This has occurred too many times to be a coincidence, and it is both frustrating and disappointing as a paying customer, as it’s a clear reflection of poor leadership and a lack of training and quality assurance.

I genuinely enjoy Nando’s food and have remained a loyal customer despite these ongoing issues. However, paying premium prices without receiving the correct items or being able to safely consume my food due to dietary restrictions is not acceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that systems are put in place to improve order accuracy and accommodate dietary requirements...

The second star was because the food was pretty good flavour. Tasty burgers although unwrapped my burger and it looked like it had been dropped on the floor, certainly not as big as they say they are either. PROS: Tasty food CONS: EXPENSIVE!!! PRICE!! outrageous, if you are looking for a good meal for four, you better have over $100 or you will be going hungry. Portion sizes for salad and chips are insulting - for that money there should be heaps of leftovers - leaves you feeling distinctly ripped off They want restaurant prices for take away food. Website did not work - could not place order so had to go to store, sit and wait to take it home

Happy we tried it once, but will never ever buy from there again.

Seriously overpriced for what you get, cannot believe they're still open for business. Note in the photo, the salad and rice are "Seriously large" for two people...Over $91 for this! No coke either, that is to show how small...
